Tom and Ann Rhinehart Win The Great $1,000 Home Equity Giveway

ROME, GEORGIA, January 30, 2008—A cash prize of $1,000 goes to Tom and Ann Rhinehart after the conclusion of Northwest Georgia Credit Union’s Great $1,000 Home Equity Giveaway. A fixed rate home equity loan promotion, announced last quarter, allowed Northwest Georgia Credit Union members who obtained a home equity loan between October and December to be entered into The Great Home Equity Giveaway drawing. The Rhineharts were announced the recipients of the prize in January. They first became members of Northwest Georgia Credit Union through Rome City Schools and have been members for nearly 10 years. The Rhineharts live in Rome with their two daughters Erin and Shelby.

Northwest Georgia Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial institution that is owned by its members. The credit union was founded in 1961 to serve local educators and has since expanded by offering benefits of membership to other employee groups, such as police, fire, healthcare, manufacturing, and various other businesses.
