Teller Line gives you 24-hour account access by phone, free of charge. Teller Line is completely confidential because you select your own access code. There is unlimited use available, and the information provides accurate and up-to-the-minute account information, loan information, and even allows for transfers and withdrawals.

How do I use Teller Line?

  1. Call 706.234.6003.
  2. Enter your account number and press #.
  3. Enter your access code (your PIN) and press #. If it is your first time using the system, choose a code that you will remember. Keep the code confidential.
  4. If it is your first time using Teller Line, you may be asked to verify your social security number.
  5. Now, just listen for the prompts for each menu. Some transactions will require you to press # to process them.

Helpful Hints When Using Teller Line

  • It is not necessary to enter decimal points. For example, $10.00 would be entered as 1-0-0-0.
  • "Share draft" or "draft" account refers to your checking account.
  • "Share" accounts are all savings accounts. For example IRAs, Money Markets, and regular accounts, in which "savings" refers only to regular savings.
  • You will need to know Account Identification Numbers (ID) for your accounts*:
    • Main Share 0
    • Money Market 1 or 2
    • Christmas Club 5
    • IRA 20-29
    • Share Draft 7

*If you have more than one type of account on your account number (i.e. a share and share draft account) please refer to your statement for the ID number.
